RESERVATIONS

There are no minimum stay requirements throughout most of the year. Certain peak periods and holidays, however, do require two or three night minimums. Ask us to find out about the “busy times.”

DEPOSITS

A deposit of 50% guarantees your reservation. One night stays are paid in full.

ARRIVALS

Join us between 2pm and 7pm. If your schedule requires greater flexibility, please contact us in advance.

DEPARTURES

Check out time is 11am.

CANCELLATIONS

Deposits are refunded when cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (a $20.00 fee is charged for cancellation). If a cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded if the room is rebooked. If a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, the entire stay must be charged. (Cancellation of reservations for multiple rooms requires 30 days notice)

CHILDREN

Children over the age of 8 are welcome.

PETS

Due to the needs and requirements of our guests, we do not host pets, however we can recommend kennel accommodations in the area.

CREDIT CARDS

We gladly accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express.

SMOKING

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE DEER BROOK INN.

Every morning you will savor a three-course candlelit breakfast, served in our dining room or outside on our stone patio, featuring local ingredients from Woodstock. You may even meet the chickens that provide us with organic eggs, or help us pick the berries on our hillside.

    Spend your days sitting on the lawn viewing the Green Mountains, or relax in front of a roaring fireplace. Take advantage of year round cultural and recreation venues including: The Marsh Billings Rockefeller National Park, Billings Farm and Museum, Vermont Institute of Natural Science, Calvin Coolidge Homestead, several golf courses, Okemo and Killington ski areas, and numerous hiking, biking, and walking trails. You may also kayak, canoe, or try your hand at fly fishing on the many streams and rivers that wind through the Green Mountains. As resident owners, we are here to set the scene while allowing you to set the pace.
